Founded by a former design leader from Fjord who led the Apple studio in close partnership with Apple, NOEMA backs creative individuals and early-stage ventures shaping novel spaces. We align capital, strategy, and execution around human-centered design—building companies that are both culturally resonant and commercially resilient.
We believe design-led organizations often hold a more complete view of change—one that accounts for systems, behaviors, and the human impact of every decision. We also believe AI plays an obvious and critical role in the future—but we are equally committed to ensuring that humans don’t begin to think like machines.
